My Christmas Fashion Staples...

Heeeey there! I know, I know, I am SO sorry about not being able to post as much as I would have loved to but now I am here lets do something Christmassy! <3 A lot of people seemed to like my Autumn Fashion Staples post which I did back in September so I'm doing a Christmas one. Hope you enjoy - lets get to it...

Obviously I had to put in Christmas jumpers so what better way to start? I love Christmas jumpers, but I'm not a massive fan of the extreme, over-board ones, I prefer the ones that are more cute and go with all my clothes so I can wear them more often around Christmas time. Starting from the nearest to the camera, I think the turquoise polar bear one is really cute and fun but not overly in-your-face, but it does have a little pompom.

I'm not sure if this is cheating, but I am counting the one in the middle as a Christmas jumper, however I do realise that it isn't technically one, I just think that because it is really fluffy and furry (which you can't really tell from this photo) it kind of gives that Christmas feel. The last one which you can't see that clearly is the one I bought recently in a shopping haul I did a blog post on and I think this is my favourite one now! It is plain black so goes with a lot of things but on the front there's a big sequinned reindeer and I honestly LOVE IT!

Fluffy socks are a must-have in the winter even if the weather isn't really that wintery at all at the moment where I live. I love them - they are comfy, keep your little footsies warm and are just amazing in general. You can wear them out, you can wear them in, you can wear them in the day, in the night. They come in bright colours, patterns... OK, you get the point, I like them!

Nearly every girl, I'm sure, loves wearing PJs. I am one of those girls. I would wear them all day if I didn't have a problem with not being able to wake up properly without changing into 'proper' clothes. I tried to find the most Christmassy pyjamas I own for this photo but I didn't get to show you one of my favourite pyjamas that I wear in the winter - my long checked shirt nightie that is so comfy, honestly! Anyway, I think that both the owl fleece onesie and the shorts and long-sleeve top combo were bought in Matalan and the slipper boots are from Tesco.

These are all my favourite winter/Christmas/party accessories. Starting from the top going clockwise, I recently wore my burgundy knitted headband with a cute bow on the front on a Geography trip and believe me, it did keep my head warm as well as make me look good, even if we were walking in and out of a very muddy river! Then there's my really cute red and silver striped alice-band that has a bit of ribbon deco on the top, the little white bow bobby pins that can stick into a big ballerina bun, the two very fun, tinselly hair bands that I think would look so cute in two side plaits or bunches. Then there's the two black bows and the big silver long clip that would look good holding back your hair and finally my Santa hat clip that looks really fun and Christmassy in your hair.

I forgot to add my little jewelled Santa hat stud earrings into the photo because I've been wearing them but they are so pretty and I got them recently from Claire's. A lot of these accessories are from Claires or Primark so if you want the same sort of accessories (some of these exact ones might not be in the shops as I got them a while ago) then go to those shops.

Anything and everything glittery! I think that when I'm doing my makeup, this time of the year is my favourite because I can really let go with experimenting with glitter and adding a touch of sparkle to my makeup looks. Starting clockwise from the top I have, The Sparkler in Golden Glimmer from The Body Shop, Little Mix Love All About The Eyes eye shadow palette by Collection, Makeup Revolution nail varnish in a smooth platinum colour Cupcake Nails nail varnish in a glittery blue, Avon Colour Trend Nail Top Coat in Silver Plated, the Shimmy Shimmy body tint massage bar from Lush, Makeup Revolution London sparkly white lip gloss, smooth gold Technic lip gloss, and finally the Eye Glitter palette from Claire's.

My last winter/Christmas staple is red detail. I love it and really, it's an all year round fashion staple but I'm thinking that it's quite Christmassy as red is a colour more associated with Christmas. Obviously a red lip is an amazing touch to an outfit but you could do it in different ways and I also think that red painted nails are really pretty as well. So from the left to the right I have, the Strawberry Born Lippy lip balm from The Body Shop which is just really nice for everyday and is so subtle it doesn't really change your lip colour that much, Avon Colour Trend Colour Smoothies "lip balm" (believe me, even though it says its a lip balm, its a lipstick!) in Ruby Rush, Studio London red lip gloss that I got in The Lip gloss Series set as a present recently, and Makeup Revolution in a very classic red colour.

That was all for this blog post, I really hope you liked it and if you have any good ideas for more beauty/fashion posts like this then feel free to comment them down below. Love you all and have an amazing Christmas! Post soon xx **Comment what you are looking forward to this year for Christmas, I would love to know, I can't wait to spend more time with my guinea pigs and eating a lot of food!**

All Things 'Lush'...

Hello everyone! So this blog post is going to be about all of my recent Lush buys and Lush products that I still haven't actually got round to using... which sounds quite bad actually! But anyway, hopefully you will like it, there's quite a few products that only come out around winter/Christmas time in Lush so I thought it might give some of you ideas of what Lush stuff is in the shops at the moment. I don't think I have nearly as much Lush products as some other bloggers and YouTubers have but hopefully you will like it anyway! That's enough chatting, lets get on with it...

I think that the shower jellies only came into Lush stores since last year, though I'm not sure, but I remember that this one, the Snowman Shower Jelly, was definitely out last Christmas. It smells a lot of blackcurrant and is a very strong fruity-sweet smell, which I like, but I know it can be quite an acquired smell so it depends whether you like that. I remember that I got this one for Christmas and I haven't used it too much since last year but I definitely used it for  a few showers after I got it and I loved it! I'm definitely planning on using it again this year!

Next up is a face mask that I got recently, it's called Cupcake and it is made from mainly rhassoul mud and cocoa butter, it says on the pot that it is ideal for oily, teenage skin and in the book it says it deeply cleanses. I could honestly not agree more! I have only used it once but after that one time I can honestly say that it was amazing for my skin, and I do have extremely oily skin that is very prone to acne. I haven't managed to use it again but I will be trying to find time to use it because my skin felt, and even looked to a certain extent, really cleansed, fresh and less clogged up.

This one is Candy Mountain (one of my personal favourites!) another Christmassy one that I got a year ago but I didn't get a chance to use as I hadn't finished up the Magic Wand - basically the same smell as Snow Fairy -  bubble wand at that time.  Actually I only ended up using it up just recently! But I guess that's because I don't have that many baths and not that it lasts for "infiniiityyy" (yes, I am listening to One Direction's song Infinity, it is AMAZING, I could listen to it for infinity - don't judge me! <3) I love Candy Mountain, I think it's because it has quite a subtle sweet smell but it doesn't hit you in the face... it kind of reminds me of candyfloss thinking about it now...

I.am.in.LOVE with Lush massage bars, they are the most amazing feeling ever on your skin! Honestly, if you haven't tried one yet then I suggest you go out right now (wait, changed my mind, after you've read my blog post, obvs!), whatever state you're in, whatever time it is, wherever you are because you need THIS in your life!! Haha, just kidding but you are missing out, seriously! Anyway back to this product...

This massage bar was called The Honeymooner but I looked it up in the Lush book and saw that it seems to be called Soft Coeur now. It has a wonderful scent of honey and chocolate and as you can see, it has bits of chocolate in it which I think is so yummy. I mean, I have to struggle not to eat it seeing as I'm a massive chocoholic!

The next Lush product I have is one of their famous bath bombs. This one is called Frozen and if you han't already guessed, it's a Frozen (the Disney movie) inspired Christmas bath bomb. I absolutely adore the smell of this and I can't wait to use it soon in a very relaxing bath! I think once I use this, I'm going to get into the Christmas spirit a bit more!

Finally, the last thing I have is the Snow Angel bath melt. I can't wait to use this, it looks and smells amazing, even if it does spread glitter everywhere! It's meant to be very moisturising so it is great for the winter or if you just generally have dry skin.

That was all for this post, I hope you enjoyed it and that I've given you some ideas of some cool Lush products that I like to use in the winter or just throughout the year. If you have any Lush products you love using and recommend then feel free to share it in the comments, I would love to know! Post soon xx
**I am in love with the songs from One Direction's new album Made In The AM, I think especially Hey Angel and Infinity but its so hard to choose! Comment down below your favourite song if you've heard their album.**

Part 2 - Huge Matalan Haul...

Hi again! I am finally managing to put the second part of my Matalan haul up which I am SO sorry about not being able to write and then publish quick enough as it has been AGES since I put up Part 1 of this Matalan Haul post but I promise you, that as soon as I sort myself out, I will be back on track with my blog posts.

I am IN LOVE with these trainers because - wait for it! - they have hidden heels in! And its like a 2 in 1 because the heels make me taller (I am very short) and they are extremely comfortable, I can even run in them! But that's not recommended - it was a one off and I don't want any of you to break your pretty little ankles! ;)

The next thing that I got were PJs!!! Excuse me for the excessive amount of exclamation marks, its just that I get very excited about pyjamas because they are just so cosy and I just feel so relaxed in them, as any girl does! The shorts and long-sleeved combo is actually just me, they didn't come together in a set, they were mix and match but I just have this thing about wearing long-sleeves with shorts which my Mum thinks is weird but its me so... :) I really like the pattern on the shorts because its the sort of pattern that reminds me of Christmas (which I can't wait for, who else can't?) and I like the lace cut outs on the shoulders and across the top of the back of the top, and there's also a little triangle on the front which I think makes it cute!

Then I got two pairs of ankle socks which are just so cute because they have lots of ruffles of lace at the top and the grey and white one has a nice pattern and the burgundy one is a bit different to any of my other socks as it is a deep colour with black lace and has a kind of ribbed pattern going down the sock. I just love socks with lace at the top because its so cute - have I said 'cute' enough times yet?!

This is the last thing I got form Matalan and of course it has to be Christmas! On the way to the tills, my Mum HAD to look at the kitchen equipment and other random house stuff so my excuse is that she tempted me to get this glittery red cup with a lid and plastic straw. Plus it has a little snowman on the front saying Merry Christmas so can you please back me up in how cool this is?! No? OK, fair enough, I brought it upon myself!

I'm sorry I have seemed very hyper in this blog post ... It's because I am. I'm just in one of those moments but I hope I haven't been too annoying, haha! Anyway, hopefully I am going to be able to post my next blog post on time next weekend. Post soon xx
**I would just like to use this space that I usually put little comments in to say that I am thinking of and praying for any of my readers and everyone who lives in Paris, or in France. It really was a tragic event.**

Part 1 - Huge Matalan Haul...

Hi again! So yesterday I went on a big shopping haul in Matalan and well, I got A LOT, needless to say!

As soon as I walked into Matalan, guess what I saw - a whole rack devoted to Christmas jumpers! Yes, I know some of you may think its too early but honestly, I can't wait! Anyway, I thought that this jumper looked the best because it has lots of shiny sequins on and has a cute reindeer on <3

Then I saw LOADS of woollen jumpers and I really liked the look of this over-sized chunky grey one that has zip detail going down the bottom side of it, I don't know if you can see it very clearly from this photo but I think it makes it look a bit nicer rather than being really plain.

Next, I got these grey jeans which I think are really cool because they have zip detail above both of the knees. Unfortunately, I found out after I had tried them on, that they didn't open up but I still liked them so I still got them!

I think this is a really nice jumper-style top, because I love the black shoulder pads and the collar as I just think that collars look cute anyway. Don't really know why, but I do! It also has three-quarter sleeves which I think is good because, especially at this time of year, I find it feels warm one moment and then the next moment, you feel cold. Well, at least I do anyway!

The next thing that I got was these blue yoga pants that have such a cool pattern on the front of the legs, don't you think? There was another pair that were red with the same pattern but I prefer blue. These yoga pants are really good, they have a lot of stretch, even in the waistband which is good and it is very flattering which I think is partly the material it is made of and how there is a dark side and a lighter side to the legs making them look more well-toned. That's what I think anyway!

The next thing that I got was this, what I think is a really cool-looking hoody that is made specifically for fitness like running and biking, to be honest, I don't know when I am going to properly use this at the moment but hopefully I can find something to use it for soon! I think that the material they used for this very cleverly thought through as well, because it is supposed to be antibacterial so when you sweat, it hopefully won't smell as bad! And it is also quick-drying so if you get caught in the rain, you can just leave it to air-dry if you want or if you want to wash it in between using it then you can hopefully leave it for a reasonably short time depending on what state it's in. It is also very stretchy like the yoga pants so you can do basically anything in it.

That's all for Part 1 of this HUGE shopping haul but I am going to be back to give you the 2nd part very soon, I promise! But for now, post soon xx
**Who has heard Perfect by One Direction, and seen the video - the video is perfect!! Excuse me for the sad pun I just did there. ;) It's got quite a cool idea around it because one of the lyrics of the song is something like "Do things we shouldn't do in hotel rooms" and in the video they are doing things they aren't meant to do in a hotel like messing up the room and... playing golf? That's what I got from it anyway, haha!**

11 of my Favourite Things in my Room...

Hey there! I am finally writing this blog which I am so happy about because I was worried I was NEVER going to be able to get round to it! Anyway... I was a bit stuck for ideas for this blog post because I didn't want to do a makeup one as I think I've been doing those sort of posts a lot recently but then I thought of showing some of the things I own in my bedroom and I came up with this... So here's 11 of my Favourite Things in my Room!

1. CUSHIONS... I have loads of them, they are literally everywhere and I can't stop collecting them so yeah... basically I am crazy about cushions... :)

2. My lava lamp because it just looks so pretty!!! <3

3. This mirror that I got quite recently actually, it is really cool as it has a magnifying-mirror side and a normal mirror side. I got it because I was struggling to see my earrings in a normal mirror as my glasses can get in the way of putting them in so then I can't see them to do it. Plus - now I can put on detailed eye makeup on slightly better!

4. My desk chair because it spins and... well, that's nearly all it takes to get me to do my homework!

5. My pretty flower jewellery stand that I like to show off as much jewellery on it as possible! One of my Aunties gave it to me because she didn't want it anymore but I love it. <3

6. This is my book shelf (or part of it because honestly you don't want to see the two bottom ones - they're a mess!) because I do really like to read its just that sometimes I don't get enough time in the day to do it as much which for me anyway is annoying as when I'm actually sitting reading a book, I can't stop reading it for a while after! At the moment I'm reading Paper Towns by John Green - I am enjoying it so much and I can't wait to get it on DVD! Hoping I will get it for Christmas or birthday!

7. My trusty CD player that has never failed me for all of these years and continues to play amazing music thanks to my brilliant taste in music! Not to get ahead of myself though... ;)

8. My remote-controlled candle which has so many different colours to choose from and even a multi-colour option for a private disco!

9. My huge makeup box because I literally have nearly every makeup item you could possibly think of in there, like its really hard just to lift it up!

10. My beautiful jewellery box which has the rest of my jewellery in but its mainly got bracelets and a few rings in because obviously I can't fit everything on my jewellery stand!

11. Last but certainly not least, all of my pictures because each of them hold such special memories or just mean something to me.  These aren't all of them because I couldn't fit them all into one space and some of them have mine and others' faces in and I am meant to be anonymous so yeah... :)

That was all for this blog post, to be honest with you I don't know why I have an odd number of favourite things in my room but I thought I had counted 20 things. Turns out that I am extremely bad at maths and my counting is terrible! But what can you do? ;) Anyway, I hope you liked it, please feel free to look through my other blog posts that I've done if you're a new reader and I will post soon xx

**Who has heard Little Mix's new song Love Me Like You? Or seen the video because I think the story in the video is so cool! Also if you're a brilliant expert in the fields of dyeing hair can you please comment a good semi-permanent hair dye that you recommend as I really want to try out a dark brown hair colour on my hair before I even think of getting it done permanently!**

My Autumn Fashion Staples...

Hello! I know I am a little bit late with posting this but hopefully you will like it still! I wanted to write this post because I personally love autumn because of the different colours and I like to represent autumn in the way I dress, especially in autumn. I don't know why - I just do because I think that style-wise, autumn is my favourite season, or fall, if you're American! Or whatever you call it - if you call it something different in your language please feel free to comment it down below, I would love to know!

The first thing I love wearing during autumn are boots! I have two pairs (well, obviously, I mean, you can see them in the photo!), one pair are high heeled, lace up and are my absolute favourite pair (left) and the others are beige and are flats (left) because I don't usually wear high heels that often (in fact the left pair of boots are the only proper high heels I own!) as I'm not used to the height when I'm in them. Basically, I'm short and I guess its lucky I'm that way because I'm scared of heights - even heights that are just one or two inches higher than me, apparently!

I.Am.Obsessed.With.Scarves. I'm not even kidding, I have hundreds of them! Does this photo prove it? ;) I especially love wearing scarves in the autumn because its when the weather is at the middle stage between being cold and being warm and you can snuggle in them without having loads of layers on. These scarves are from loads of places and people so I can't tell you where every scarf came from and I definitely don't have a favourite, but I can tell you where I find some really nice scarves; Primark. They do some lovely ones.

I had been waiting for ages to find a chance to wear my denim jacket all through the summer but now its autumn I can actually wear it! I'm usually really picky about 1) when I wear my denim jacket (it has to be when it's too cold for just wearing a top or jumper but not too cold that wearing just a denim jacket wouldn't be enough). And 2) with the right clothes (I have this weird thing about wearing too much denim, like if I'm wearing jeans, even if they are a different colour, then I couldn't wear it, but if I'm wearing leggings or something, then it's fine). I don't know why! I'm just really picky with stuff like this!

The next fashion staple I have for autumn is woollen clothing. Whether it's tights, socks, leggings, tops or jumpers, I just like wearing woollen stuff during autumn (and winter) because I think it gives me more warmth and makes me feel more cosy in the colder days. These are a few of my favourite woollen clothes.

Starting from the left, I have a white and navy striped, oversized jumper that has a zip going nearly all the way down the back which is from Primark. The second item of clothing is a very holey (don't worry, I wear a vest underneath it!) but very pretty cream top that I think is from Matalan...? Yep, it is, I just checked! Next, is a really nice thick, grey jumper that my Mum very impressively knitted for me - thank you Mum! :) Lastly, is a cool white top that has three quarter sleeves which is from New Look.

And finally my last autumn style staple is autumnal makeup! I love making my makeup match the season because I think some of the colours of each season are beautiful and I like representing that in my makeup looks. Starting clockwise from the top I have, the Work The Colour eye shadow pencil in Vanilla Sky, Avon Nail wear Pro+ nail enamel in a metallic green shade, Colour Works Nail Polish in burgundy, an Avon eye shadow in a slightly metallic brown, Technic gold eye shadow, Colour Works Lip Gloss in burgundy, Avon Ultra Colour lipstick in Berry Blaze, and Colour Couture two shades eye shadow in metallic light beige and metallic brown.

That was all for this post, I hope you liked it, I haven't done a post that is specifically about a season before so hopefully it was good! I am also extremely sorry that I didn't publish a post last weekend but I was busy and I know I've used that excuse so many times before but apparently I am a very busy teenager! Anyway, I will be trying to get up a post next weekend, I promise. Post soon xx

**Have you heard what the name of One Direction's fifth album is going to be? Made in the A.M. Which sounds pretty cool, don't you think? I do anyway! Comment down below if you are excited for their fifth album, I am but then I'm always excited for something... ;)**

My Latest Obsessions...

Hello people! I am so excited today, and you want to know why? Just now, I found out that I have had exactly 1000 views! I just want to say thank you to anyone who reads my blog posts, whether that's regularly or you just read one post, because you have made my day! I hope that's a sign that you like my posts, haha... ;) Anyway, now that I have said what I really wanted to say, let's get on with the blog post!

Before I get on with this post: I have decided to make these Latest Obsessions posts into general stuff that I have been loving recently instead of just beauty because I thought it would be nice to include some of the other stuff that I really like at the moment.

I will, however, start this off with a beauty obsession. This is the VO5 Heat Protect Styling spray, I have been using this so much recently because I have been styling up my hair lots recently. This heat protecting spray is the best one I've ever used, honestly! It does exactly what it says it does on the tin (or bottle rather!), it gives your hair an absolutely gorgeous satin soft and ultra shine finish. After I have blow-dried my hair with this having been sprayed in before-hand, I just automatically feel the difference and how nice my hair feels and even looks after. It also protects your hair up to 230*c which is good, especially when your using a heat tool on your hair like a curling wand.

Next up are these cool Popcult pencils I have been using since I got back at school. I got them from livinginlalaland.co.uk which is a really quirky online shop with little stationary bits, clothes, jewellery and other things that are just very different. They sell loads of Popcult pencils that come in sets of 3 and have quotes from either a film or TV series. I got two different sets, the purple pencils have quotes from Pitch Perfect on and the multi-coloured pencils have quotes from Big Bang Theory (yes, I like Big Bang Theory, OK. Problem?) I really think they just make my school day so much better when I just get a pencil out and read a funny quote from one of my favourite films or series.

This has been so helpful at the moment because I am in the midst of a huge breakout all over my face! I wasn't using this much until recently when I was just like, I need to find something that works for my bad acne and I found this again! It's the Visibly Clear Spot Stress Control 3-in-1 Daily Cleansing Lotion. Its literally been my spot hero in the past few days and as I'm using it every day, it is helping my spots go down much more!

The next thing is the Oil-Free Moisturiser by Visibly Clear. I know that this sounds kind of bad but I wasn't using my face moisturiser a lot of the time because I didn't feel I needed it and my face is naturally very oily so I thought it would just make my face feel even more sweaty than it already looked (can I just say that oil is not sweat so when my face gets shiny during the day - I am not overly sweaty, thank you very much!).

However, since using the cleansing lotion that I mentioned just before, I realised my face was getting extremely dry so I knew I needed to use it after I cleansed my face to make sure it was moisturised. The good thing about this though, is that it is oil-free, hydrates, smoothes and evens out skin tone so after I have put it on, my skin just feels so much better.

Now, I was being extremely lazy during the holidays about shaving my legs (I was wearing trousers or leggings a lot of the time, alright?!) so I wasn't moisturising my legs as often but now that I'm back at school and we wear skirts and have PE (shivers...) I have to shave my legs a lot more. This moisturiser is from Avon and it is the Nourishing Indulgence Sugar Plum and Vanilla hand and body lotion. It smells just amazing and has a slight hint of purple colour in the actual lotion which looks pretty, I think anyway. I have had this moisturiser for a long, long, long... time and I still haven't managed to finish the bottle although I'm getting closer!

And another moisturiser! I really like this, it is the Honeymania Hand Cream from The Body Shop. I love all The Body Shop things but this has to be one of my favourites and I carry it around with me nearly all the time, especially now I have school. I know that the honey smell is very strong and sweet so it is an aquired taste but I really like it and it just feels so nice to put on your hands and actually, it feels very luxurious! Also, it has Community Fairtrade honey from Ethiopia in.

Finally, I am reading one of my favourite YouTubers' book, Life With A Sprinkle of Glitter by Louise Pentland. I have quite a few YouTuber books but I only recently just got Sprinkle of Glitter's one and I love it! I'm very into books you can just pick up whenever you want and go to any place you want and this is one of those books. So far I have read the Meeting Celebrities page, the whole Need To Knows sections which has some very good advice about school, bullying and self-esteem, I have also briefly looked at the Anti-Baking part which is quite funny! Let me know what your favourite part is if you have the book in the comments down below.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post, I know I didn't post at all last week but I have been trying to get back into the swing of things at school and I have already been loaded with piles of homework! Hopefully, though, I can keep on posting new blog posts every week for you! Anyway, that's all for now.  Before I go, another HUGE thank to everyone who has looked at my blog or is reading it right now! Post soon xx
** Who is watching the X Factor (UK) this year? I am! I think the judges are really good this year and I think that Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora were great choices for being judges. And there's also Olly Murs helping present the show!**

LAST - My Favourite Makeup Look of the Week (6)

Hello people! I am so so sorry that I didn't post when I should've last week but I will make it up to you I promise! This is going to be the LAST Favourite Makeup Look of the Week post which is really sad! I hope you have enjoyed these sort of posts and let me know in the comments if you would like me to do some more another time.

This makeup look is going to be very classic because I love classic looks and this look is one of my favourite looks to try out especially for a special occasion.  I usually do this look around Christmas time because of the red lippy but you could change the red lippy for a pink to make it easier to wear at different times in the year.

First of all, the only eye shadow you really need is a neutral one that roughly matches the colour of your skin. This is the eye shadow I found that roughly matched my skin colour. The whole point of getting a neutral eye shadow is because you want the eyeliner in the next step to be the main focus on the eyes.

Now onto eyeliner. It's hard to explain how to do your eyeliner in writing so all I can say is if you don't know how to then look it up on YouTube, I'm sure there's a video on it somewhere! The main thing you need to do for this look is make a small flick on the edge of the eye and make the line not too thick, but not exactly thin. Basically enough that you can tell you're wearing eyeliner. The eyeliner I used for the top eyelid, is the Mega Effects liquid eyeliner from Avon. Then I lined my waterline with the Glimmerstick Flick eyeliner, also from Avon.

You can use any eyeliners though as long as you use a liquid eyeliner for the top (to make it bold) and a pencil for your waterline (NEVER wear liquid eyeliner on your waterline - it will not end well!). Then finally, to complete it, put on some mascara that thickens your lashes. I used the Waterproof Wonder'Full mascara by Rimmel London.

Now for your lips, you can use something red to make it the complete classic look. You can either use lipstick which will be very bold (I use ColorTrend Colour Smoothies lip balm in Ruby Rush from Avon) or you can use a lip gloss to make it more glossy (I use a red ColourWorks lip gloss). Or you can go with less colour to be able to pull it off on a more casual day and just use a lip balm like I did today. The lip balm I used is the Strawberry Born Lippy lip balm from Body Shop.

That was all for today, I hope you liked it! I don't know how soon I will put up the next post because I'm going back to school (NOOOOO!) later this week and I might go back to posting only once a week but we will wait and see. Post soon xx
**Who else goes back to school this week? And if you don't, when do you go back? Comment down below.**

My favourite makeup look of the week (5) ...

Hi again! I'm so sorry this post is a little bit late, I was meant to post it earlier on Sunday but I couldn't find any time which is bad I know. Anyway... now I'm here and this is the FIFTH Makeup Look of the Week post and I'm so happy about it! I'm also really sad because I liked being able to do more posts but it's nearly the end of the holidays... :( We will just have to make the most of it!

So... This makeup look is going to be probably the most dramatic one that I have come up with for one of these posts. There isn't much to say about it apart from, you're gonna have to reach for your darkest eye shadows and lipsticks!

Like the last makeup look I did, this one also includes a bit more makeup than I usually do which is just some sort of eye makeup and something on the lips. This time, I'm going to use my new Sleek Blush By 3 Palette from their Limited Nautical Collection Edition that I bought on my Westfield haul. If you want to go check it out a bit more then you can go to my previous post which is called something like My Shopping Haul in Westfield (I never actually check what I called them... so yeah!).
I am only going to use the darkest shade because the other's are too light for this look I think. You only need to put a tiny amount (I mean it - I put too much on before and it looked horrible!) of it on a normal blusher brush and your going to tap it on at first on the apples of your cheeks. Then you can gradually blend it out. Not too much! Otherwise you will end up looking like I did when I first tried it out!

I guess I should've done the bronzer before my blush? I don't know, I'm not exactly a makeup genius - I just experiment with it! Anyway, whether you did it before or after the blush it does not matter, do your own thing, I don't care! Back to point... Put some bronzer just underneath your cheeks and along your jawline (something like that - I can't explain! Just contour!) I used the Colour Couture Bronzer that I got from a set but it doesn't matter what bronzer you use.

I wanted to number the colours I'm using again because I think it makes it so much easier, doesn't it? Anyway, first of all, I brushed the shade Lust in LA all over your eye lid, which is a kind of dark gold (? I don't know how to explain it... it's a metallic metal of some kind! If you have the Sleek Vintage Romance Palette then please tell me what you think it is in the comments because I have no idea!) Then as I've been telling you to do in probably all of my other makeup posts, put the second shade in the corner of your lid which in this case is Love in London (oh, look at me and all my shades having cities beginning with L's!), it is the black shade with little specks of silver shimmer in.

After you have done your eyes, now you can do your lashes. The mascara that I have used is Waterproof Wonder'Full mascara by Rimmel London (that I also got from my Westfield shopping haul) because it gives a bit more volume which makes the eyes look more dramatic.

Now, for the lipstick or lip gloss! The whole point of this makeup look is for the lips to be the main feature. I think that these colours are the best because they are very rich, deep and a dark burgundy. I don't think it matters whether you choose to use a lipstick or a lip gloss but if you do use a lip gloss then it is a good idea to have one that is very pigmented. The lipstick I used is from the Ultra Lasting collection from Avon in the colour Berry Blaze and the lip gloss is from a huge ColourWorks set I got a while ago so I don't know what colour it is but it is slightly more red-toned than the lipstick.

That was all for this post, I hope you liked it. I will be posting something very holiday-y during the week so stay tuned! But for now, post soon xx
**Have you seen One Direction's Drag Me Down video? It is so cool! It was filmed at NASA Space Station and they were in astronaut suits and there were robots - I've already forced my friends and family into watching it so if you haven't watched it, you need to watch it!**
