Mini shopping haul with a friend...

Hi people!
During the half-term, I went for a nice shopping trip with one of my friends. We both managed to spend a lot of money (and I mean A LOT!) and I have decided I want to share with you what I bought! So lets head straight to the post...

Everything that I got was from Claire's, Boots and Superdrug. We did go into more shops like Topshop and Primark but we didn't have enough money towards the end of our mini haul because we had already spent lots of money on beauty products, random things that caught our eyes (we're like magpies!) and Starbucks and Nando's.

The first shop we bought stuff in, was Claire's. As soon as I got into Claire's, I really wanted to get something even if I didn't know what it was. Then I found this! It is a little canvas painting thing with "Follow Your Dreams" on it. I love it because I am a big believer in following your dreams. Whether that's wanting to be a hairdresser, making your own blog, or just wanting to get a better grade in a certain subject (I know that I want to be better in maths!). Follow your dreams, my little dreamaholics! ;)

The next thing I bought was this album by a certain band that I like... 5SOS (aka 5 Seconds of Summer if you don't know them  - which you should!) Just kidding, but seriously, I have been obsessed with this album and I've been playing it everywhere! Literally. In the car, on the bus, on a train, while eating... you name it!

The next shop we went to was Boots. Unfortunately (well for you, not for me, I needed these things!), I didn't get many interesting products in Boots. But I will tell you what I got anyway, because, well, you never know! This is just the Visibly Clear, Rapid Clear Treatment by Neutrogena that I thought I had talked about before but now after checking, I actually haven't!
Anyway, I really recommend this to anyone who, like me, gets spots really easily no matter how much you use face washes and face scrubs and any other products that are meant to help. This is meant to reduce the look of spots in just 4 hours and it works amazingly! I have sometimes used this in the morning and by the end of the day it has almost completely gone.

The next thing I got was a new concealer because I am starting to get low again. The concealer that I'm using at the moment is by Rimmel and it is called Wake Me Up. I have changed a lot of my makeup products recently so I might do a post about how I do my makeup at some point. Tell me what you think in the comments below.

The only interesting and new product that I got in Boots was this. It is the Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray by Toni & Guy. I have been really wanting to get my hands on a sea salt spray because I have heard a lot of good things about it and my friend actually recommended this to me as she has it at home herself. I actually have this in today and I am honestly loving it because it creates such effortless waves!

The last shop we went to was Superdrug. We both wanted to get face packs as soon as we got into Superdrug because we sometimes try them when we are having sleepovers and we are both generally obsessed with them! Superdrug always has a nice collection of their own face packs that are quite cheap so we both thought we would try out the Fruit Sorbet Antioxidant peel-off mask. It's quite funny though, because whenever I see a peel-off face mask I think of the first time we tried one out together and we managed to get it all in our hair! It was horrible but so funny! I also got another one which is the Cucumber Cooling clay mask.

The last thing that I got was this Finishing Brush by B. I have been using it to apply my foundation (it can be used for liquids, powders and cream products) and it gives a much better result than the flat foundation brush that I was using before. I think it gives it a more natural look while still covering up any redness or spots you want to hide. It is one the more expensive brands as it costs £9.99 but I think that it is worth it as it does give a more professional finish and it is a higher quality brush.

That was all for today's post, I hope you enjoyed it! I was thinking I might do another post a bit sooner than next weekend (which is when I usually put up new posts) because you do deserve it after not getting one all of last week! For now though, bye! Post soon xx **Who has seen Little Mix's new video for  their single Black Magic? I am absolutely loving it at the moment!**
